Assalamu Alaykum brother, thank you for sharing your dream with us. May Allah forgive your uncle and grant him a high place in Jannah. Our Prophet (SAWW) taught us that good dreams are one of the parts of prophecy, and when our loved ones who have passed away come to us in a dream, they are in a world of truth, so what they tell us is real.
First, you should feel comforted because seeing your uncle healthy and with hair is a very good sign. Good health and hair on someone who has passed away means he is in a peaceful and blessed state in the Hereafter. Him telling you that he saw all of you from "up" also shows that he is in a high place, Alhamdulillah. He was happy watching the family come together for your cousin's wedding, and his praise for you and the groom's brother shows that the happiness and life you two brought to the family gathering really pleased him. Keeping family ties warm and joyful is a big blessing.
Now about the part where he was coughing like stones and said he couldn't come down because he was tired. Since I am not sure if actual stones were coming out of his mouth when he coughed or if his cough just sounded really hard and heavy like stones, I am assuming it could be either one. In dream interpretation, a cough means there is a complaint or something stuck inside that someone wants to get off their chest, and stones point to something heavy or hard. When a passed person says they are tired, it means their soul is carrying a small burden and they need a little help from their living family.
Because he is "up" and looking healthy, he is doing well overall, Alhamdulillah. But coughing like stones and feeling tired usually means that before he passed away, he either had some hard words or a disagreement with someone that was never fully forgiven, or he left behind a small unpaid debt or promise that is weighing on him.
What you can do to help your uncle right now is very simple. First, give some charity (Sadaqah) in his name as soon as you can, even if it is something small like feeding a needy person or giving water. That reward goes straight to him and will relieve that tiredness he felt. Second, quietly check with the elders in your family to see if he owed anything or if anyone still holds any old hurt feelings toward him from when he was alive, and gently ask them to forgive him completely for the sake of Allah. Finally, keep remembering him in your daily prayers.
May Allah bless you and put your uncle's soul at total ease. Ameen!
